What data we process, and why
Only what you give us voluntarily: through the form (your name, your email and, if you write one, your message), or when you contact us on WhatsApp or by email. We use it for one thing only: to answer your enquiry and, if you want us to, to study and manage your project.
Legal basis
The consent you give us when you send your enquiry, and the application — at your request — of steps prior to a possible agreement.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, to maintain the professional relationship, plus any periods required by law. After that, it is deleted.
Who we share it with
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes, nor used to train artificial intelligence systems, nor used for other clients. To keep the site running we rely on providers acting as data processors, solely to deliver their service: the form handler (Web3Forms) and the hosting provider. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the appropriate safeguards set out in the GDPR.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@providencehq.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Automated decisions
We make no automated decisions and build no profiles from your data.
