If something isn’t working the way you expected, you have a question, or you’ve thought of a way to make the app better, write to us. Here’s how, along with answers to what people ask most.

If something goes wrong

To fix it, we need to be able to see it. It helps a lot if you tell us:

  • What happened, and what you expected to happen.
  • The steps to make it happen again, if you know them.
  • The app version — it’s at the bottom of Settings.
  • Your phone model and system version (iOS or Android).
  • A screenshot, if you can: it often says it all.

The easiest way is to write from inside the app: Settings → Help → “Write to us” opens an email that already includes the app version and your phone details. All that’s left is to tell us what happened.

Frequently asked questions

How do I move my data to a new phone?

With the full backup, which is free. On your old phone, export it from the app (“Export a copy”) and keep it somewhere off the phone, like your email or your cloud. On the new one, install Creso and use “Restore from a file”. Everything comes with you, receipt photos included.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Your subscription is handled by the store you bought Pro from, not by us, so that’s where you change or cancel it:

  • On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription. Refunds work the same way: the store handles them.

Where is my data stored?

On your phone. Creso has no accounts and no servers, so what you log never passes through us: we can’t see it, and we can’t recover it if it’s lost either. That’s why it’s worth exporting a backup every now and then.
